About the Book

​Born with a heart of gold, his story must be told!

Jared was born with a special heart with superpowers that helps people feel more love. But one day Jared’s heart has a problem, and he has to go to the hospital. While at the hospital, Jared learns about the caring hospital team and he meets other kids who need special attention, just like him. This helps him to feel less alone and more inspired to spread his love. Jared grows up and becomes a superhero spreading hope, love, and joy around the world.

About Jared Lombardi

​The idea for the book was inspired by Jared Lombardi. He has a close relationship with Nancy Rose. Jared was born with cardiac issues and grew up with special needs. He is well known throughout his community for his glowing, positive personality that constantly brings out the best in people.
 
Not too long ago, Jared called Nancy Rose to tell her he needed heart surgery. She said, “Is there anything I can do for you?” He said, “Can you write me a book? …  I want to help kids.”  Heartfelt, she went to work. Still, no matter what challenge comes Jared’s way, he remains positively courageous, and shines love to all people.

About the Author

Nancy Rose holds a doctorate in communication disorders and a master’s degree in elementary education. She is also a holistic/spiritual wellness life coach who enjoys inspirational speaking and giving back to the community.

She received an award for volunteerism from her local Boys and Girls Club. Nancy Rose enjoys yoga and outdoor activities. She has two grown children and lives in New York with her husband.

Dr. Nancy A. Rose teamed up with a special friend, Jared Lombardi, to write about the superpowers of love. Learn more about the inspiration and how proceeds go to charities to help children!
